De revolutionaire "hoofdoorzaak" schijnt ernstig plaatstelijke adervernauwing te zijn, en dan vooral in aders waardoor het bloed niet vlot uit de hersenen kan afgevoerd worden, zoals bv. in de nek., en zelfs kan teruggestuwd worden.

Verwijden van deze aders geeft onmiddellijk resultaat en zou erge aanvallen voorkomen. Ook in de ergste gevallen lijkt vergaandere genezing na enkele jaren mogelijk, hoewel "er vlug bijzijn" heel belangrijk blijft omdat er ook andere gevolgen in het spel zijn die de hersenen aantasten.

Dit nieuws kwam eind November uit. Het is kennelijk een gigantische doorbraak voor het oplossen van het MS "mysterie". Ik heb enkele MS patienten meegemaakt, en het is werkleijk een bijzonder zware handicap, naarmate de ziekte vergevorderd is.

En hoe denk je dat de medische organisaties op dit goede nieuws reageren? Met groot afgrijzen!!

Zoals te lezen valt in dit artikel (wat een van de 1e artikelen erover is):

MS societies in Canada and the United States, however, have reacted far more cautiously to Dr. Zamboni's conclusion. “Many questions remain about how and when this phenomenon might play a role in nervous system damage seen in MS, and at the present time there is insufficient evidence to suggest that this phenomenon is the cause of MS,” said the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

The U.S. society goes further, discouraging patients from getting tested or seeking surgical treatment. Rather, it continues to promote drug treatments used to alleviate symptoms, which include corticosteroids, chemotherapy agents and pain medication.

Zal nog wel even duren voordat dit wereldwijd een standaard procedure wordt... Rolling Eyes
